How to Delete Your Account & Data

To ensure the security of your data, we process deletion requests manually via email. Please follow the steps below to request a permanent removal of your account.

Compose an Email

Open your email client and address the message to:

Provide Required Details

Please include the following information in your email so we can locate your record:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • User Name: Your in-app username
  • Account Email: The email used to register

Confirmation & Deletion

Once we receive your email, we will verify your identity and delete all associated data within 30 working days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is complete.

This action will delete all plant logs and profile data permanently.

Data Retention Policy

Upon deletion, all user-identifiable data is wiped from our active servers. We may retain anonymized data for analytical purposes or financial records as required by local tax laws for a period of up to 5 years.
